Weekly Mind Massage is a live, virtual group hypnotherapy session covering a different self-limiting or enhancing belief every week. Each session opens with a short education segment on hypnosis, the week's theme, then moves into a guided hypnotherapy experience targeting that exact pattern at the source.
Drop in Rate is $15, $5 off with your discount code. We meet as a group for one hour on Google Meet. Link provided upon reserving your space.
Thursday evenings at 6:30pm MT / 5:30pm PT / 8:30pm ET
No experience needed. Each session stands alone, come anytime.
